The Mux/Demux Three is a multiplexer-demultiplexer pair, capable of transporting sixteen channels of 3G SDI over just one fiber optic cable. The Plus version adds full duplex 1 Gb Ethernet over the same fiber strand.

Is your infrastructure such that you have limited access to individual fiber optic connections, Mux Three and Demux Three can help you to run multiple channels of video without the need for seperate cables.
