Studio2 by Science Image is a bi-directional Full NDI encoder-decoder with 12G-SDI and HDMI in/out compatible with 3840x2160 resolution signals up-to 60p. Harnessing the full capabilities of NDI, NDI Studio 4K.SH can utilise PTZ remote control, PoE, tally signals, crew comms/intercom & more!

As an encoder, Studio2 takes any 12G/6G/3G-SDI or HDMI signal up-to 3840x2160 60p and converts it to Full NDI". Once converted, the NDI source can be used with software including vMix and many, many more! In decode mode, any NDI signal on the network can be output from Studio2 to both 12G/6G/3G-SDI or HDMI signals - perfect for IMAG projectors or screens.

With a built-in UpDownCross converter, Studio2 can take any signal from either 3G/6G/12G-SDI or HDMI and convert it to any resolution or frame-rate. In addition, the 12G-SDI and HDMI inputs/outputs support lossless bi-directional conversion between the two connector types.

A handy on-device OLED screen displays the current status, including encode-decode mode and resolution of signal. Device settings are controlled over the network using any web browser. Browser-based GUI displays all settings, as well as the current status.
