the KK 13 omnidirectional capsule has a particularly open sound on quiet stages and in recording scenarios, where feedback and isolation need not be considered.

While providing a very open sound, the KK 13 omni capsule, like the standard KK 14 cardioid, features a wonderfully balanced frequency response, which ensures that both may be combined without any discontinuities in the sound image. Apart from their polar patterns, both capsules share the same outstanding quality. Due to their enormous dynamic range, they cover the entire spectrum from very soft nuances to the loudest fortissimo without audible noise or distortion.
